August Finishes

Well, the summer holidays are over again.... but they'll be back in 11 months!

Thanks to the Denmark trip and lots of family commitments (as well as being lucky enough to get Olympic and Paralympic tickets), I didn't manage to complete lots of projects, but the ones that were completed were good ones! Quality not quantity is my motto for this month!

They were...

An A-line skirt from my class at Raystitch

A first birthday quilt for my niece, which is now with her other Aunt and should reach her soon.

And a skirt based on Tilly's Picnic Blanket Skirt...more on this soon, with better photos!

  9. I'm never brave enough to make clothes, i always think they'll be really complicated and i'll end up making them completely wrong! i love the fabric for the Raystitch skirt, it looks fab, and the quilt is perfect for a little girls birthday present, well done.
