Thanks to the Denmark trip and lots of family commitments (as well as being lucky enough to get Olympic and Paralympic tickets), I didn't manage to complete lots of projects, but the ones that were completed were good ones! Quality not quantity is my motto for this month!
They were...
An A-line skirt from my class at Raystitch
A first birthday quilt for my niece, which is now with her other Aunt and should reach her soon.
And a skirt based on Tilly's Picnic Blanket Skirt...more on this soon, with better photos!

ReplyDeleteI love the washi skirt!
ReplyDeleteskirts are great in summer ... I'm looking at the patterns maybe I can copy bits of them - I was asked to sew a skirt, I have never done one, aye well I have a very trusting friend.
ReplyDeleteI'm never brave enough to make clothes, i always think they'll be really complicated and i'll end up making them completely wrong! i love the fabric for the Raystitch skirt, it looks fab, and the quilt is perfect for a little girls birthday present, well done.
ReplyDeleteSome fun finishes there! =D
ReplyDeleteThat Washi a-line skirt is adorable!!
