In keeping with one of my New Year's goals of being more proactive and confident, I decided to link up with the Small Blog Meet organised by Lily's Quilts - who would surely think I'm stalking her from reading my last posts!
Hello! It took me the longest time to be confident enough to link up. But I think you will find that everyone is pretty wonderful. So I'm glad you choose to link up! Have a great new year!
hi there - also visiting from Lilys Quilts. I like the fabric you have chosen for your living room quilt - perhaps one patterned fabric to add a little zhoozh?
Hi there Sarah-Lou - I've also come over from Lily's Quilts (waves). I've enjoyed reading your posts, you remind me of me! Your sewing dilemmas are all very familiar :) I love your choice of fabrics for the new quilt in your living room - solids can look fab together! Have you chosen a pattern?
Thank you everyone! I'm just going to try cutting into the fabric that I've got for the living room quilt and see what it looks like. There's no real pattern, it's just a case of mixing in the different colours - although I do like a good plan so I've been playing with layouts in powerpoint!
hello xx
